Refund policy
At AB and Beyond, we want you to love what you wear. If the fit isn't perfect or the style isn't quite right, our return process is designed to be as seamless as your shopping experience.
1. Standard Return Policy (30 Days)
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

Condition: Items must be in "Like New" condition - unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Eligibility: This policy applies to all Ready-to-Wear (Prêt) collections.
2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
To maintain the highest hygiene standards and respect the nature of personalized craftsmanship, the following are Final Sale:

Custom-Made Orders: Any item tailored or personalized specifically for you.
Note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. How to Start a Return
Our process is 100% digital and paperless:

Find Your Order: Visit your Order History or click the link in your confirmation email.

Select Items: Choose the eligible item(s) you wish to return and select a reason.

Get Your Label: We will email you a prepaid shipping label immediately.

Pack & Ship: Place the item in its original box, attach the label, and drop it off at our nearest courier partner.
4. Refunds & Processing

Inspections: Once your return reaches our studio, our team will inspect it within 48 hours.

Store Credit: Issued instantly after inspection.

Original Payment: Processed within 5–7 business days (timeline depends on your bank).

Return Fee: A flat fee of ₹500 is deducted for reverse logistics (this fee is waived for size exchanges).
5. Exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges are Free.

Select "Exchange" in the return portal.

We ship your new size as soon as your return is picked up from your location (Instant Exchange).
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide a full replacement or a 100% monetary refund.

No return or shipping fees apply to damaged items.
