At AB and Beyond, we know you want your new favorites fast. We partner with premium logistics providers (BlueDart, DHL, FedEx) to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

1. Shipping within India (Domestic)

• Shipping Cost: Free on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 Business Days.

  • Metros: 2–4 days.

  • Rest of India: 4–6 days.

2. International Shipping

We ship to over 200 countries.

• Shipping Cost:

  • Flat Rate of ₹2,500 ($30 approx) on orders below ₹30,000.

  • Free on orders above ₹30,000.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 Business Days.

• Customs & Duties:

  • Please Note: International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

3. Order Processing (Handling Time)

This is the time we take to prepare your order before handing it to the courier.

• Ready-to-Wear: Dispatched within 24–48 hours.

• Pre-Order / Made-to-Measure: Dispatched within 10–14 days (Specific timelines will be mentioned on the product page).

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST begin processing the same day.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email and WhatsApp notification with your Tracking ID and a direct link to track your package live.

5. Insurance & Security

• Every AB and Beyond package is fully insured during transit.

• We require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package reaches you safely. We do not drop packages without confirmation.

6. Delays

While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, national holidays) may cause slight delays. In such cases, our team will proactively contact you with updates.
